Yikes this company unfortunately is a complete scam. Take this as you will entirely, but from my experience, they’ve continuously taking money out of my account for this reason of that or the other and in addition to that they take massive fees for pretty much anything that you want to do on the QuickBooks platform. This also rings true for pretty much all of their other services/platforms. I would say if you can find a reasonable competitor for a good price go with them or alternatively just have someone manage this for yourself because doing all of this through QuickBooks as a business owner is a huge headache.

Customer support has been unacceptable. I’ve dealt with Intuit multiple times, and the experience has been consistently poor. The sales representative I worked with, Matthew Flahaven, was misleading and used tactics that were unprofessional and, at times, felt borderline deceptive. The support representatives I’ve spoken with have shown the same lack of transparency and accountability. Overall, the process has been unnecessarily difficult and far below the standard any customer should expect.
