UPDATE...
Job was finished on time for Christmas and the owners daughter even made us a cheesecake. We were even provided with carpeting for our walk in closet, which was not on the bid, pleasing my wife to no end.

We had water damage after a plumbing issue. Elnard and Intensa Dry was very quick to act and do remediation and gave us a reasonable quote for reconstruction, dealt with insurance for the most part. Elnard was very responsive and prompt in his response. His team did all the work to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. A pipe burst in my master bedroom while I was away for the weekend, and by the time I came back the entire floor was under water. It was a complete mess — soaked carpets, drywall damage, and a terrible smell already setting in.
This company responded quickly and impressed me from the start. The crew arrived the same day, pumped out all the standing water, set up professional drying equipment, and removed the ruined carpet and padding.
