I had an issue with my laptop key that I use for work. Bipin immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Extremely knowledgeable and more than fair cost. Best Customer Service I have experienced in years, maybe ever. I will take all electronic issues to him moving forward!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Bipin at iFixDallas truly deserves one. My MacBook Pro suddenly became completely unresponsive, and I thought I was going to have to replace it. I brought it to iFixDallas in Plano, and Bipin quickly figured out the problem and had it repaired within just a few days.
From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, charged a fair price, and there were absolutely no hidden fees or unnecessary upselling. It’s hard to find honest repair shops these days, so I really appreciated how straightforward and trustworthy he was.
