Doctor is good, he explained every detail about the precedure. Staff are ok. The hygienist Patrick is very friendly and worked on my teeth gently and carefully. However they didn't charge my dental insurance evenly for year 2023 and 2024 that caused me to paid out off my pocket some extra money.

I’ve been coming here to see Dr.Zerby for a few years now, and I absolutely love him!! Me being an anxiety ridden dental patient I am very VERY picky and needy when it comes to my care. Dr. Zerby is always so patient with my needs, the office staff is so kind and always willing to work with you and your specific requests/needs. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zerby and his staff.

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were wonderful. My son is 11 and needed a tooth extraction. They were attentive to his needs and provided a pleasant experience. We look forward to continuing his dental treatments with Ideal Dental Plano, and would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work!
