Ryan A. Came out for my bi yearly maintenance and was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough with explaining everything he found during his inspection and offered me realistic expectations to help prioritize what if anything I wanted to have done. He also made sure I knew I did not have to purchase anything. Also my dogs loved him. Pleasure doing business with lex (been using them for years)

Blake M came out this morning to diagnose our furnace. He was very respectful in all of our interactions. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide tiered options for how to handle the issue. He was upfront and honest with describing how each tier would be handled. We appreciate having him come out and work with us.
