Call them and the receptionist the first time I call was nice and said she will leave a message for the person who was responsible for covering loads, as they have different departments or something. Next few times I called no answer. About a month later called again for a load, after-hours answered and told me to email as they only book during business hours, which is completely reasonable. Been about 2 months now, no acknowledgment of the email, and my phone calls keep getting ignored. Would rate a 1 star if it weren't for the 2 people that answered the phone, and were professional.

with regards to LD294898, the BOL given at shipper did not match the numbers on the rate con. Reached out to Geodis multiple times via email and tried to call multiple numbers with no response. Should not be this difficult to conduct business.

We have been working with Lexi Gaby and Nancy and they have been extremely helpful. Incredibly pleased with the service we receive. We are a small company but receive excellent service!
