I moved and have been trying to get my retinal images from them for 4 months now. My new optometrist saw an irregularity on my most recent photo and wanted to see my historical ones. Every time I call they tell me they are working on it and then I never hear back from them and have yet to receive the photos. The whole point of doing those photos is to have year over year records. Dangerous and unethical. Take your business elsewhere.UPDATE: these photos were finally provided to me in June. After I posted this review, someone called me right away. It seems like staff turnover and changes in ownership contributed to this but I’m leaving this review as a general caution. After this experience I will be asking for medical records periodically from all my providers.

Machea and Tracy are Carlos are all rockstars.. make sure the customer is treated like king.. make each and everyone feel the best.. it’s been 5 years getting serviced from their store and no complaints but only compliments..Don’t miss Machea’s nicest hi there as soon as you enter through the door??

Kristina gave me a thorough and efficient eye exam. As someone who only recently had the need for glasses, she was able to answer my many questions about the process, and was extremely patient. I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be coming back when I need to be back.

I have been a patient at Eye Gallery for years and have never had a bad experience. Every employee you come across is extremely kind and polite. I have a very easy time scheduling appointments and am thankful for the reminders I get when I am due to be seen. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was SO happy with my visit to eye gallery. Everyone in the office could not have been more kind. I felt like I was in great hands. Everyone made sure I was getting the most out of my coverage, listening to my concerns and needs, and even made sure I was aware of the rebate I qualified for from my contact purchase. I've never been to a nicer eye doctor and I am looking forward to continuing to go to this office. Highly recommend! Everyone in the office from the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the person who ran my tests and scans, to the doctor herself were amazing.

I’m not sure who the receptionist is that I spoke with the other day but she lacks customer service and compassion. I’ve been coming to the eye gallery every since I moved to Dallas. I love the Drs and everyone else I’ve dealt with there. But this visit was different. I shared with her that My Insurance was ending on that day due to be in between jobs (starting a new one that week) and she made me feel like a number...Like My Business wasn’t good there because I didn’t have the money at that moment to pay my $100.00 difference. The insurance covered I believe $180.00 of the cost. I asked if I could switch to a less expensive frame she said “We don’t have any in your price range”. I held my emotion back as I was already in a bad place from being out of work a few weeks and losing my grandfather. The walk from the counter to the door was the longest ever as I tried to hold in my tears from the disrespect as well as feeling neglected by a company that had been so nice and caring and always felt life family. I didn’t want anything for free. I just asked a few questions and she seemed annoyed. I had to wait a few days to post this review so that I wouldn’t post in anger. Like I said everyone else has been amazing the last 4 years but like the saying goes. 1 Apple ruins the bunch.
