I’ve been a frequent customer here and have always enjoyed my massage therapist, but my recent experience has changed my mind. I was charged an elite fee without being told beforehand. I had been told about Kimberly’s fee in the past, but never about Victoria’s. When I called to ask, I spoke with Shannon, and the response felt more defensive than helpful. Management should ensure all employees clearly explain fees as if customers don’t know—because sometimes, they don’t—so guests can make informed decisions and avoid surprise charges. Alex is absolutely wonderful! I came in with significant lower back pain from some deadlifts that left me hurting for over a week. He was so considerate, professional and truly knows his profession. I couldn’t even reach down to touch my toes before the session and I’m back to feeling normal. He unlocked all sorts of knots! Truly recommend this place and Alex - thank you!
Jenna is the best! I've been getting monthly deep tissue massages for over 15 years and she's one of the best. I'm happy being a member of Elements and especially appreciate how easy it is to book an appointment online.
