Great Experience! Simple and easy from start to finish! Dan and Steve were very helpful in educating my wife and I for our conversion to gas logs. They also suggested some design ideas to make the fireplace really standout in the house. Can't say enough about Vinnie the tech. Great attitude, got the chimney cleaned and new gas logs installed quickly with no mess.

Went shopping for an electric fireplace at Elegant Fireside. Steve Baker was very helpful. He provided all the details of the fireplaces on display and was able to locate a unit that met our dimensions, all this without being pushy or in a hurry. When we went to pick up our unit, Steve discovered it would not fit in our vehicle so he arranged to deliver it himself. Great job, Steve, and Elegant Fireside!
