Mita was extremely helpful and kind! She gave me so much advice about how to safely hand off a dress that has COVID. In case you're wondering, you should put it in your washer first for the quickest wash or hand wash it and then DO NOT put it in the dryer, just air dry it. Then you can hand it off to their capable hands :) I'd trust them to do just about anything they are extremely professional and fast!
