The doctor is nice, however, the office people are not doing a good job in scheduling appointments. When I arrived, they did not even know why I was there and there was no record that I made the appointment the day before. Then they had to check insurance and kept me waiting there. I thought insurance info should have been checked and verified before patients show up and they refuse to apologize for all that mishandling of my appointment! Very unfriendly and unprofessional to their patients. Super disappointed.

Last Thursday I got the physical checks on Dr. Liu's clinic ----vitals, weight, heart rate, and blood pressure/blood check/X-ray for lungs/born density and more -- all covered by health insurance. The service is friendly and nice. I also got the prescriptions for two issues that found during the physical check. this Tuesday I got the report of blood check and x-ray for the chest. I also got the call from the doctor and explained the blood check report and gave me some suggestions. Thanks a lot again to Dr. Liu and all her staff who provided the services to my physical checks.

I got my shoulder pains and make an appointment to see dr Liu. The front lady was not friendly and I was asked to pay $35 copay, then I was asked to take the X-ray and was told to paid another $60 for X-rays again. But after that, dr Liu walked to the room and told to me more than 20 seconds and tell me it done. My goodness, I never wrote people such bad review, I will say if there is negative star, then I will give her that without any hesitation. Listen, do not waste your time and money
