Great experience getting glasses for my son. Months after purchasing his glasses one of our dogs chewed on them and she was able to help us out and fixed them without us having to purchase a brand new pair.
We absolutely love DYO! Melissa is the BEST! They have the most stylish and durable glasses for my 2 kids! They are always so helpful when we reorder. Would give more stars if I could! I would highly recommend to anyone with kids!
We purchased glasses for my 17 mo. old here upon a recommendation from a friend to go with a pediatric specialist while my daughter was so little, and we are back again for round 2 nearly two years later. Melissa at Dallas Youth Optical has been a treasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, prompt, and has excellent customer service. She has taken care of more than one "oops" moments with my daughter's glasses to ensure they were in great shape. Definitely worth the higher price for the expertise and excellent customer service.
