When our AC went out the folks at Dallas Air Pros went out of their way to track down the parts for our old unit. They showed a lot of personal concern making sure we were doing ok as we turned on fans in the meantime. When another problem arose they came out immediately. They really care about their customers!
Technician Alan and Erick replaced the air conditioning unit at my property. The service was professional, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. I reached out to Jack on Friday, and Jim visited my property the following day. The unit was installed seamlessly on Monday. Thank you for your prompt response.
