Taylor came to our rescue this morning and was like a breathe of fresh air and made us feel like we were in the best hands possible after we were stoodup by American Home Shield and A-USAir. Taylor came in and stay until the problem was resolved and didn't quit on us until the job was done. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have used DNA multiple times - for both emergencies and just regular problems. I’ve been pleased with them every single time. There plumbers are always very respectful, informed, willing to share their knowledge, and never ever push you. $260 is their current flat rate to come out to the house, and I find their prices to be a value to the service. They have always been able to get to me very quickly. Today when I called I learned that they had a new air-conditioning service, I will definitely be using them in the future.
