Very professional staff, my dog was in serious pain from IVDD (three ruptured discs in spine), I called them on a Tuesday around 1PM, they had me bring her in @ 4:30 PM, De. Cinclair spent the better part of an hour and a half treating her, taking X-rays, going over with me all possible routes to take with her, including possible surgery, she started her first of 12 laser therapy treatments that visit. The Vet techs and reception staff were all great and helped me when I had to carry her into the waiting room and exam room. The wait was a little long but I also went around the time most vets close so I think it was just their rush. This is the second time I’ve been there and staff are always friendly and kind.
