I have been coming here since 2017, and LOVE this gym. I tried every gym in this area, and ultimately always end up coming back here. If you can beat the busy time (about 4pm-630pm) you never really have to wait for equipment.The video here was taken at 845pm, nice and empty! And even if youre there at those times, its not too bad of a wait time. The gym goers seem to be mature working professionals. Other gyms in this area have too many teenagers for me. Cowboys Fit Plano is the best gym you can join! The staff and trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Coach Dan is the best! Always willing to help answer any questions.
The facility is always very well kept with new machines that are always in great, clean, and working condition. The locker rooms are in fantastic condition with clean restrooms.
If you are looking for a new gym, don’t hesitate to sign up at cowboys fit Plano! You won’t find a better gym for the price!
I’ve been a member for about a year and a half now. I joined after trying many, many gyms in the area. The group fitness classroom I’m often in is spacious. The gym is spacious overall even at busy times, from the free weights area, to the machines, the turf, and there’s space next to the spin bikes too. Various equipment is available… treadmills, ellipticals, weights, bands, medicine balls, TRX, boxes for box jumps, Steps. There are TVs throughout, but no TVs on individual treadmills, so I bring my cell and connect to their WIFI if I want to watch something specific. The gym is overall clean and well ventilated.
