I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional care my cat Ghost received at Chase Oak Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such warmth and professionalism.
Dr. Rajesh is truly an outstanding veterinarian. Her expertise and gentle approach with Ghost immediately put both of us at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and showed genuine compassion and concern for Ghost's wellbeing. Our cat? She was a tiny, feral-acting, barn rescue. She's gotten tame and actually quite sweet over time, but we still worry about her behavior at the vet, as she's terrorized a couple. We made the appointment, brought her in same day. We warned the staff. The staff is awesome. Can't say that enough. They have the perfect personalities for pets. Very clean inside. The ladies and the vet explained everything thoroughly. He had options for us. Very easy visit. More importantly, the cat did well, she let them do what they needed and then she hid.
