I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exceptional care my cat Ghost received at Chase Oak Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such warmth and professionalism.

Dr. Rajesh is truly an outstanding veterinarian. Her expertise and gentle approach with Ghost immediately put both of us at ease. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions with patience, and showed genuine compassion and concern for Ghost's wellbeing.
You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares deeply about her patients.
Ghost can be nervous at the vet, but Dr. Rajesh's calm demeanor and skilled handling made the experience so much better for both of us.

SueAnne, the practice manager, was equally incredible. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from scheduling to follow-up care instructions. Her organizational skills, friendly attitude, and attention to detail and commendable memory made the entire process seamless. She truly cares about the animals and their families who come through the doors.

The entire team at Chase Oak Animal Hospital clearly works together beautifully, creating an environment where pets and their owners feel valued and cared for. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful veterinary home for Ghost. I highly recommend Dr. Rajesh, SueAnne, and the whole team to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Our cat🫣 She was a tiny, feral-acting, barn rescue. She's gotten tame and actually quite sweet over time, but we still worry about her behavior at the vet, as she's terrorized a couple.
We made the appointment, brought her in same day. We warned the staff. The staff is awesome. Can't say that enough. They have the perfect personalities for pets.
Very clean inside.
The ladies and the vet explained everything thoroughly. He had options for us. Very easy visit.
More importantly, the cat did well, she let them do what they needed and then she hid.

We were able to be seen immediately! Called as soon as they opened and were seen within the hour! The receptionist was very sweet and personable. We saw Dr. Shanti today and he took his time listening to our concerns, addressed our cat’s skin condition and our cat is now on the road to recovery! Our cat is very selective and LOVES Dr. Shanti! He even accepted his chin scritches and was a good boy for Dr. Shanti to complete his exam (he normally hisses and swats, but he did not this time!). The technician we saw today was also very thorough with explaining the medications before check out, ensuring we understood their use and what they were needed for.

This clinic has been amazing for my two frenchies. I started bringing both of them here a little over a month ago, both needing emergency visits. They were able to get me in with short notice. They are very knowledgeable and explain the process/issues very thoroughly. I have found my new vet home for my babies.

Dr Shanti is the best. He saved my Yorkie and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand!

We used to LOVE coming here when it was Dr. Sanders, but the changes have been disappointing and communication has been lacking.

When we called to make an appointment two months ago, we thought two of our pups needed vaccinations. Turns out only one of them needed it, which I felt the receptionist could have told me when I made the appointment. They proceeded to still charge us for an office visit for BOTH dogs, when only one of them was vaccinated. Also, this is while a temp vet was there, and we were not informed of that either. She didn't even do anything or take a proper temperature of either of my dogs. And I was unsure of what I was paying for at that time. I decided to let it go, and try this vet one more time.

We have another pup who suffers from severe allergies, which Dr. Sanders knew about. We've had no issues receiving refills in the past with him, but with the switch they were asking us to do another doctor visit before getting a prescription.

As frustrating as it was, we still returned here. And not only did they try diagnosing her with other ailments when we KNOW it's allergies, but they prescribed us additional medication that has been notated in our records that do not work. We were not aware of this mistake until we had already left the office.

It's been a frustrating experience, and we won't be returning here.

Uncomfortable experience. We will be choosing a different vet unfortunately.

Since a change in ownership, they no longer have clear communication and I have now opted to move on to a new vet. No longer impressed with how they treat the animals or the owners.
