I've suffered from chronic shoulder pain and stiffness for many years. Massages helped somewhat with the stiffness, but never relieved my pain. I heard of Rolfing Structural Integration and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! Carsen was the only person able to relieve both my shoulder pain and my stiffness. He's very knowledgeable and responsive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
TLDR; Magic hands, kind spirit, and will loosen kinks that have been there for years!If I could give Carsen more stars I would. What a phenomenal and effective practitioner, and an even better human.Carsen provided in-home rolfing sessions for me from January 2022 to June 2022. I did the full Rolf series with him and my body is better for it.He has such an in-depth knowledge of the deep connective tissue network and I often walked away feeling 3 inches taller. I would always jokingly tell him thank you for giving me a long giraffe neck! I’ve always carried so much tension in my back and neck that a deep tissue massage just never seemed to help. Carsen was able to get rid of that right on the table. Rolfing will definitely be my go to release from now on. Thanks so much Carsen.
