My husband and I both had amazing experiences with Jessica Yu and Dr. Connor Smith. We both came for the free consultation back in August 2023 and were told at that time we were not candidates. We were a bit disappointed but really appreciated their honesty and since we only have one pair of eyes, we'd rather be safe than sorry! We came back and were eligible for lasik towards end of March and beginning of April. Jessica has been extremely responsive and patient, always returning my calls and answering every single question I have! Both my husband and I were very anxious and Jessica eased all our worries! I had the best experience ever. The staff was amazing and did everything possible to ease the nerves. I was a little nervous since it was my eyes. I will be recommending Brooks to all my associates and friends. I’d would have given them a ten if it was available.
I truly did not know what to expect undergoing cataract surgery but Brook Eye Associates did an awesome job making me feel very comfortable at ease with every appointment that I attended. The process was very professional and successful for me. The entire staff went above my expectation and I appreciate that.
