Jim Bowman was very condescending with me on the telephone. Making fun of seniors who didn’t know how to use Zelle. Insisted I pay him before I had even given him any pertinent information about myself. I decided after the phone call, even though I paid him to not use his services. He seemed very sketchy to me. He did circle back a few months later to see if I had the information researched and I told him I wasn’t impressed with his professionalism and I would be going elsewhere. Of course he didn’t give me back my $250. Just a really bad experience.
