We purchased our chair through a 3rd Party Vendor, but it came from Osaki, Carrollton. We dealt with Harrison. He is wonderful to work with. He really knows the products and is very customer service oriented. I would definitely do bustiness with them again!

I came by last week fully expecting to just try out the chairs that they sold in Costco and would simply buy from Costco. Jeff was absolutely incredible and showed me other options as well. He got me hooked up with the incredible Vivo, normally $14,999 on clearance for $2999. By far the best massage chair I've ever sat in! Can't wait for it to be delivered on Thursday!

Hello everybody. I ordered and received one of their high end chairs. When it arrived it wouldn’t operate. Possible electrical issue. I called my sales person (Robert) to report the issue. He immediately addressed the issue. Sent me a new chair that works perfectly. What’s important here is that this company stands behind their products. I’m sure all of you have had frustration dealing with Unethical company’s that don’t deliver. So if you want to deal with a company that cares about your satisfaction, this is one of those rare companies. Leo L.
