I completely recommend Rafa for any beauty services that you need. I went to my goddaughter's debutante ball, and Rafa did my hair, makeup, and eyelashes so quickly and professionally. I looked great and she was able to work with my fussy hair and unwilling eyelashes :) Please use Rafa for your next event.
