Have not had my hair done here so cannot speak for that, but Nagisa is super sweet and keeps my lashes looking great without damaging them :) I also love how there are many options for how the lashes are curled/lifted. She also recently started doing eyebrow services and they are so much more detailed and precise than a typical brow wax in the US. Much recommended! Update: had my hair cut and color done here recently as well- hair turned out great and I was comfortable the entire time! I’ll be back :)“
