Updates from 2024:Since doing the last panchkarma several years ago, life got busy and focus shifted to raising toddlers. Over the years I consulted with Meenakshi on several occasions for my near and dear ones. Thank you Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta???Even though I am an allopathic physician, I believe in healing within . I had great experience treated by Vaidya Gupta. She is very alert and thorough in taking history and recommending the right treatment for us. It is not going to be quick results and also we need to be some what disciplined about our daily routine and the foods to take and avoid during treatment. Had acidity issues and weak immunity past few years. Seeing improvement and always wonder and joke with her how she can find the problem by looking at our tongue and checking the pulse!!!. Vaidya Meenakshi Gupta has a gift to help her clients find good health, peace and balance in their lives. She helped me and guided me through the panchakarma process with wonderful results from the detox process. My inflammation and pain in my upper back and shoulders was healed through her constant guidance. It took 3 weeks and about 4 appointments (including pre and post consultation).
