Altho i was desperate to obtain the services of an ant exterminator, living in an apt and not a residential home i should not have been required to sign a 1-yr contract obligating me to make monthly payments of $49 even when i don't get monthly pest control service bc an apt is very small by comparison and doesn't require the same extensive indoor/outdoor services that a regular home does so i'm disappointed i could not just get a 1-time pest control service for an agreed upon price and then call again in the future if & when needed again - i'm a senior living on a SS fixed income & can no longer handle things like pest control & therefore have to hire someone to do it...read full review
Owen was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all my questions. I had no intent of changing from Home Team but after Owen’s presentation in showing me what Aptive provided the comparison to HT; APTIVE PEST CONTROL became the much better choice. The fact that he was out in 100+ degree weather and how he overcame several of my rebuttals showed me his confidence and determination in the product he was selling. Thank you Owen!
