I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.

During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.

The customer service is top-notch, Rachel, who was our sales girl was just as sweet and knowledgeable as could be and we met Mr. John Lee, he is so kind and can tell you anything you want to know about the massage chairs. They don’t try to rush you and let you just enjoy and try any chair you want! They have tons to choose from! We got an awesome prize with their black Friday sales. And it sounds like they really take care of their customers!

We own 2 Titan Massage chairs. They are good value for the money. The older one recently stopped working and, of course, it was a few months out of warranty. Since I am a retired engineer, I started troubleshooting it my self. The chair would not power up at all. The wired remote had a cable that pulled out of the strain relief and one of the wires was broken. I repaired that and the chair would still not power up. I contacted customer support and and a service tech named Paul referred me to a contract technician who never returned my calls or texts.
