My husbands and siblings, 5 in all, recently engaged Allen Family Funeral Home for the funeral service and burial of their mom. And yes, all 5 were all involved! The siblings visited with one other local funeral home and selected Allen Family based on their personal service, familiarity with the church where the service was held and pricing. The Allen Family staff interfaced with the church seamlessly. They also efficiently communicated with the cemetery in east Texas where my mother-in-law was buried and easily handled the transportation. It says a lot when you can please 5 individuals. They did!
Very patient, took great care of my husband and let me say goodbye. Kept me up to date when everything was signed and how long for the process to take. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best for their loved ones . Thank you so much, it was a painful experience but they made it as painless as possible.
