Dr Saifi is very thorough and caring. I have been coming to the Plano location since May of 2021. I read the prior reviews and it seems that there have been some positive changes because most of the staff has been there since prior to my first appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Herrscher. He is a phenomenal Immunologist/Allergist who is kind and very knowledgeable of rare immunodeficiencies and other medical conditions. His expertise and care has been instrumental in keeping me out of a hospital which means a great deal to me. He has referred me to other excellent specialists for my secondary conditions to which I’m very thankful. His infusion center is a nice atmosphere with comfy recliners and a relaxing place to get IVIG infusions or other biological treatments.

Dr. Saifi is an amazing physician, and I use that word sparingly. I have long standing auto-immune and allergy issues, and her attention to detail compared to the many providers I've seen is unparalleled. Dr. Saifi is knowledgeable, caring, and attentive, and I highly recommend her.
