ACE Store on Parker Rd. Plano TX. Ace employee Corei Taylor greeted me as soon as I came in the store. He asked if he could help me. "Help me, he did, from beginning to end"I was looking for the Grub worm pesticide. He did the research on their inventory and gave me 3 options. True customer service at work and he was my cashier too. Made my purchase and came home happy that I stopped at ACE!
I needed to buy some pool supplies so I called ahead and I was greeted over the phone by a very courteous staff, he offered to bring 50 pound pails to the front and keep it ready for ease of check out. The store Manager, Adil, he was very helpful in sorting out the discount issue and made the transaction smooth. Kudos to Adil for remaining poised as a was simultaneously dealing with a difficult patron.
Bought an EGO trimmer attachment here. This place is kind of like stores were before the mega-box retailers started and killed off personal service. Very refreshing experience and it’s easy to see how ACE has continued to thrive with the GIANT retailers virtually next door.
