Needed assistance with a horribly stripped screw. Handyman in there named Steve helped me find and buy the right tools, went to the parking lot, and didn’t just tell me what to do but physically helped me with my problem. You do not get that kind of service from the big box stores, and it’s the reason why I continue to use Ace and a reason why I’ve given two difference Ace Hardware stores 5-stars.
They know what they’re doing and they are incredibly helpful.

Great customer service from Sarah, today. Quick to answer my questions and super helpful. They didn't have the size glass I needed but she helped me track one down at another location.
