Our old AC unit needed replacing and we contacted 4 Seasons to provide a second opinion on our initial providers quote. They came out same day, confirmed the diagnosis, but said the initial provider was overcharging and beat the quote by $2K with a higher end unit. The installation team was courteous and efficient, completing the whole job in around five hours.
Vincent is a very respectable technician. He’s upfront with the cost and transparent. He completed the replacement parts in a timely manner. I would call him again for my a/c repair.
