Ali (spelling?) saved me from having to buy a new phone! My phone was just out of warranty and all of a sudden I had no reception or service unless I was on WiFi. Samsung and Verizon were absolutely no help. Samsung even ran diagnostics on my phone and said everything was fine. Ali discovered that an antenna cable and the SIM card reader were both broken. He ordered the parts and had it fixed the next day. Fantastic service and a great price! I will absolutely return should any other cell problems arise. Thanks Ali!!!
very quick and efficient, didn’t try to upswell me on anything and the man was very friendly. unlike most other repair shops where they take hours to fix your phone he took 5minutes to fix my screen. would highly recommend to come here.
