Helped us out on an early Saturday morning. Jose, our repairman, was quick, courteous and very helpful and professional. This is the 2nd or 3rd time over the years they have been out to repair or charge up our A/C. Will always call them every time we need help.
We arrived home from vacation and one of our A/C units wasn't cooling. Called Applegates A/C, told them the problem, and within the hour the service tech, Jose, was at our house. Had the problem fixed within 10 minutes. Outstanding service.
