I would like to thank Harley for the beautiful makeup job she did for my photo shoot. Next, I want to thank Mrs. Rhonda. The first thing we did was hug each other, she just makes you feel so welcome and loved. The whole time you feel special and you never feel uncomfortable. We talked, laughed, knocked over props, and laughed some more. You honestly feel like you are with your best friend. Now, I have a new friend. Also, my pictures are gorgeous. Rhonda Lee is wonderful. I highly recommend her.

Bought a new "smart" thermostat to help regulate our home and hopefully improve our monthly bills. I tried to install it myself and couldn't get it to work so I called Applegate.
They were very professional on the phone, scheduled me a technician and said they would call prior to coming.
Within a few hours we were notified of our tech "Trae" who would be coming by.
He was very professional, personable, heard my concerns, talked me thru what could be possible issues, and then he began to install the new thermostat.
Within 15 minutes he had figured out my error, corrected it, and was already helping me walk thru digital set up on my phone (it is wifi/app enabled) and he even gave me some "personal" recommendations since he knew personally of this thermostat and prior customer feedback and his own research to help me work thru some settings and preferences.
Trae was amazing, courtesy, and utmost professional. He was in and out with 30 minutes, gave me a fair pricing for his services.
