I came here on 08/30/22 and asked for balayage highlights, even showed one of the artists, Aurora, a photo of the style I wanted. She did her thing and it seemed to look fine after. I paid $210 for this. The following day, I took a shower and checked the back of my head only to find out this horrible line ACROSS the back of my head! There I saw the magnitude of flaws on the work done to my hair. I immediately called them and asked for me to come back and have it re-done. The lady who did my hair even seemed upset when I came back to get it re-done, I told them I did not get the result I wanted and it’s just fitting they fix it cause I paid big time. I already have PTSD at that moment so I was hoping someone else can redo it. Then JAY ROSE was tasked to redo it. I’m telling you ladies, he’s the guy for your hair coloring needs. He just skillfully ‘salvaged’ my hair that was done horribly by the other stylist. His work is THE ART.
