This is the 3rd time my teenage daughter has gone to Cruz and every-time it has been an amazing experience! My daughter adores her hair stylist and won’t trade him for anyone else … he is her person! He is truly an artist- it really shines through the quality of his work - always an exceptional outcome! Went to Lokal this morning for the first time. Customer service is exceptional. They make you feel so welcome. Clean facilities as well. I had my appointment with Pao. I went to get bangs and trim. Loved it so much! Definitely recommend!

I took a complete stab in the dark and after doing some googling and research I found lokal. I chose Angie, again, completely blindly due to the reviews and amazing feedback. I wasn’t sure what look I wanted but I knew what I wanted to feel like. She gave me a restorative hair cut, removing a 3 year old balayage and leaving me with my natural hair in a cut that makes my thin, stringy hair now look thick and bouncy. She also guided my expectations, advising me that the photos I went in with may not give me the feeling I wanted of fullness. After her adjustment and excellent consultation, I left with a great hair cut. Thank you Angie!
