It was my first time, I was a little nervous because of the previous reviews, but the girls took great care of me! My appointment was at 1:45pm and I was out by like 3, I started chitchatting with the girls. ? I’m waiting for my order but I’ll follow up in 10 business days. The doc said hello was professional and to the point! It was a super fast pace clinic but I didn’t feel ignored! They listen to what I needed and they gave me great recommendations with my insurance.

Had an excellent experience at this location! The staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service. The doctor took his time to explain the condition of my eyes and made me feel like I was a priority patient. Very clean place, the staff would clean and sanitize the chairs, in addition to everything else. I highly recommend this optical and will be going back again!
