I was so nervous to go in for my first bikini wax, but Kara made me feel so comfortable, and she was so gentle! The store was clean, everyone was very welcoming, and the waxing itself was so quick:)
I had the pleasure of walking in Waxing the City and was met with the most kind and attentive staff of professionals. Received an appointment right away that was conducive to my schedule. Arrived at my scheduled appointment and again was met with the consistency of the staff professionalism and was seen right away by Adriana who was vibrant, personable, and quickly made me feel at ease. The Waxing I received was the highest form of satisfaction a customer csn recieve, PERIOD! Not only do I recommend Waxing The City. I had a great experience with Kenzee, she was friendly and made me comfortable instantly. She did an amazing job on my Brazilian the results were super smooth. Quick, clean, and professional definitely coming back to see her!
