I called on the phone and the woman who answered me was terribly rude, she threatened to hang up on me when I told her that what she was doing was a robbery, I tried to get my vehicle out before additional charges were charged since starting at 8:45am it already counted as Another day, I told the lady that I would arrive at 8:00 am and she did not accept because I had to notify her an hour in advance. My vehicle was unloaded and they did not want to remove it from their facility without me paying them another $40, I paid a total of $360.
If negative stars were an option, that’s what I would choose. First off, the staff member was horribly rude on the phone (unsolicited). I learned they don’t take Amex, so I was required to withdraw cash. Upon arriving at their facility, I was told they “don’t have change” for the cash I was required to pay with. After trying to get my change back, I was told that it was “impossible”, so now I am out an extra $11 on top of the $245 required to get my car back. Horrible service.
