My husband and I wanted to remodel our kitchen in our first home. I was nervous about the process and overall cost of the project, but after meeting with Katy at STA I knew we would be in good hands. They listened to our wants and needs for the project and answered every questions we had same day. I love the new countertops, and the whole thing was scheduled quickly and the instal lasted only a few hours. We’re excited to finish the rest of our kitchen upgrades, this place is up front with cost, time, and extremely helpful and nice along the way!
This review is long overdue! We bought a quartz slab from another company and had STA cut and install it. The slab we got was not like the one we had seen in the showroom but we didn't realize until after it was installed. The finish was off – dull all over with some random highly polished spots. We contacted the slab company and they were no help. Oscar came to look at them himself and called the slab company but didn't get anywhere with them. We were pretty upset with the results and STA was so kind to come up with a solution for us. They had N2 Stone come and refinish it and looked like it should – evenly polished. Excellent company! They cut my countertop precisely and exactly the way I needed. Moreover, they fixed an IKEA mistake that IKEA themselves refused to take responsibility for. Fantastic workmanship and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
