Love this place,I had been trying to put my 4 year old in something to help him grow and socialize and be around other people because he was super attached to myself and his dad.Other places I took him would not allow us in the room so he could adjust. We went to Rise and He was nervous his first session ,the instructor realized and understood that and said it was no problem for me to go in first session with him,next time I took him,he was happy and excited and able to join the other kids with me watching him from the parent area!

My 5 year-old son absolutely loves attending classes here. The instructor, David, does such a fantastic job keeping the children engaged and disciplined in a fun and exciting manner. The other instructor, Bill, does an incredible job making sure each individual child is following instructions and performing accurately. My son's confidence and skills have grown immensely. These classes are easily the highlight of every week. I would highly recommend everyone to enroll their children here with no hesitation.

My son has been taking taekwondo at Rise for several months now and has truly enjoyed it. He has learned to apply himself to learning new skills with discipline and confidence. The instructors are wonderful and instill important values into their students, which I've seen my son using both in his classes and at home. If you're curious, I recommend giving them a try!
