Customers appreciate the wonderful customer service, from booking to the completion of the job. The booking system is easy, and the office staff keeps clients informed. Technicians are thorough, clear on issues, and provide options for resolutions. They are professional, personable, and very helpful. In one case, a technician came out on a very hot day, and the AC was fixed very quickly with no trouble since. Another technician worked hard on a time crunch and explained everything very well. The company is highly recommended, and customers will use them again.
I had a leaky tap outside my house, and Bryce and Eddie were the technicians who came to help. They were kind, efficient, and so knowledgeable. I really appreciate their help!
We were having some HVAC issues - getting an error of “no power to the unit”, and with it being in the high 90s we wanted to get that fixed ASAP. I had used Parobek before for a plumbing issue - and thought it would be worth it give the HVAC side a try.
They had availability for appointments for the next day/within 48 hours. And the dispatch team was quick to confirm what I booked/the availability for service.
