It’s hard finding a trustworthy and reliable appliance repair service company. But I found Team Enoch online, based on their review, to help with my clogged dishwasher. Merick came out and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He explained what the issue was and how to prevent future clogs which is very helpful. No upsell or gimmicks. Team Enoch is going into my address book for future repairs!
I called Team Enoch to perform our yearly roof inspection which came with my Enoch service plan. They sent out Jonathan to perform the inspection. After a thorough check of our roof, Jonathan first assured me nothing major was wrong but he did point out areas that needed attention so they did not create future problems. He explained in detail where the areas were and what needed to ensure bigger problems did not occur. Jonathan was detailed in his explanations and his professionalism was enough to convince us that Enoch was the perfect company to deal with. Will be getting this work done and requesting that they send Jonathan to do it.
