I have been going to Dr.Gentry for many years, starting as a child. Everyone there is amazing and they care to remember you. I love them asking about my family, who used to go to Dr.Gentry before they moved, and they always clean my teeth so well. Dr.Gentry has always made me feel safe and because of her and her staff I have thankfully never been afraid of going to the dentist.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr Gentry and her crew! Before coming here, I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years because my past experiences had been so terrible. I dreaded going to the dentist. Dr Gentry and her team changed all that! They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me to address them instead of telling me it was all in my head. Now I no longer dread going to the dentist. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. When anyone asks me for a recommendation for a dentist (sometimes even when they aren’t asking) I give them Dr Gentry’s information. I just love her and her team!
The entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Gentry are so nice! I had not been to the dentist in OVER a decade and have been very nervous about going back and feared I would be ridiculed for it. They were the complete opposite and have made me feel nothing but comfortable and open with my options. Caitlin is probably the best hygienist in the Pflugerville/Austin area! And Dr. Gentry is so patient and thorough in answering all my questions. This is the first dentist office where I look forward to going back!
