After having difficulty getting my dryer vent cleaned ( from a code on the dryer ) through another company who canceled several times, was contacted by Austin Steam IT and within 24 hours, they came as scheduled right on time! Eddie, the service tech, was the most professional person for the task!! He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the service was done completely and to our satisfaction!! I highly recommend this company for you vent services!! I will definitely call them again if needed!

Highly recommend them— they can come and give you a free quote and are truly a one stop shop. They did excellent job with steam cleaning our carpet, hardwood floor, tile floor, air ducts and dryer vent.
I called Austin Steam It last week, they sent Kyler out to do 2 rooms and a set of stairs for an amazing price with awesome customer service. I highly recommend them and would go to them again.
