Chino was our service tech. He is excellent! His approach to problem solving and then able to explain it to me in understandable terms was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
Our A/C went out at night, and they were able to send a technician the next day. He came during the scheduled window, called me an hour before arriving, and most importantly was able to diagnose the problem. He showed me photos & videos of the issues with the system from his tests to provide better insight as well. He explained my options and after deciding to move forward with the repair, he took less than 30 minutes to replace the necessary parts and get things working again.
I was very happy with the troubleshooting and professionalism displayed by Juan Dominguez from Austin Air. After 3 days of no AC over memorial weekend, I was pleased that Austin Air was able to come out same day and help root cause and fix our issue. Thank you Juan and Austin Air!!
