I can't say enough about this company and its employees. We were stranded just out of Perryton TX with a blown engine. Our roadside assistance was taking forever to find a tow, so I called them up and they came right out. The driver, Bernie, was SO friendly and helpful and got our car loaded pretty efficiently. We are not small people, but he didn't complain about us squishing into the cab of the truck with our two little dogs. He was just kind. He also drove me to the bank in Perryton in the tow rig. That was yesterday.Today we used the same service to have our car towed 250 miles back to our hometown. Through MY miscommunication with them, they were ready this morning but I was not - I still had to get things out of the car before they could take it, but hubby and I were stuck at a hotel in town with no transportation. Raul, the owner, came and picked me up in his personal vehicle to get our things and brought me back to the hotel. His dad was there waiting with the tow truck to take the car away.I just can't speak highly enough about their kindness and professionalism, and they blew us away by going the extra mile for us more than once. It made what was such a stressful experience so much more bearable! I don't know if there are other tow companies in the area, but don't even look at the others if there are. Hire this wonderful, small-town, family owned and operated company to take care of you and your vehicle. You'll be glad!

I'm sure these guys are a good company and friendly, just my experience was different. I don't know if he thought I was a scam or he simply fell back asleep. I called around 5:30 AM. Had cash on me, I was stranded in the middle of Perryton and maybe needed his help for maybe 10 minutes. It would have been quick and easy cash in his pocket. But instead I was there 5 hours, nobody showed up. He answered the phone and said he would be a little bit. But he never showed and a trucker passing through was able to help me. I had a tow bar on a truck break and get wedged under neath it. Thank God the trucker had a chain and I was able to get it unstuck myself. I've worked in the towing an recovery business and I understand there are some jobs you just don't want to do. Who knows, it could've been an honest mistake. With everything that went wrong on my trip, it took 2 days to make it from Texas to Montana and it should've taken 16 hours max. ????
