“My family and I received the most compassionate and caring service from start to finish with Primrose. My father passed away unexpectedly in July and planning the services seemed like it would be an impossible task. But when we met with Sarah at Primrose, we left feeling like we were in the best hands. Sarah's compassion and kindness throughout the process made us feel at ease. She explained everything with care and patience, let us know all of our options and guided us in every part of the planning. There were details we didn't even think of that she took care of on the day of the funeral. Despite the many guests who showed up to pay respects, she made sure we had some privacy with our father in our last moments with him before the funeral mass. This act of care and many other small moments and details she and her staff handled, made for a beautiful couple days of remembering our loved one without any additional stress. We were able to grieve and celebrate with our family and friends knowing the Primrose staff was there for us. I had no idea just how many details have to be planned and decided for a funeral.
