I had an appointment for 11:00am with Tonette Williams . I informed her I was kinda nervous , because the other hairstylist didn't do my hair correctly . I did Inform her ahead of time my hair was damaged to save a much as she can. When she started the process I asked her from a stylist point of view how damaged was my hair Tonette Williams said "not to bad" it's just my end. I asked her serials time if she knew how to do the hairstyles I showed her she told me "yes". I start feeling her cut my hair to the roots and asked if I could see my hair she had and issue GRABBING A MIRROR SO I CAN SEE MY HAIR . I told her she cut too much of my hair off I had a head full of hair and now I don't even have enough to do anything with. She got offensive as if it was her hair all over the floor. Very unprofessional!! After a 30 minute argument about my hair not being cut asked. I'm so angry . I hate going to salons just to keep getting the same results . If you can't do what I asked say that . I 100% understand. There's no reason I walk in with a head full of hair to leave damn yet bald. She had absolutely no remorse for how I felt. She dropped my hair all in my face and left it there. Than had the nerves to ask me if I wanted her to put my hair back in my head ????!! Are you serious !!! I'm hurt and embarrassed I had so many plans for my day and I didn't even get to do any of them due to being embarrassed. This is so sad. I went so long growing it just to have someone that didn't and clearly don't give a damn do this to me she didn't even add the design in the back. Top is uneven the back is not properly done the whole hairstyle is wrong .. my hair looks nothing like the picture I asked for !!!
