I started coming here last year around Oct 2025. I am so glad that I did! Dr. Rueda is the best! She is very attentive, professional, kind. My kids love her. Her Medical Assistant I believe her name is Zoe, she is also really kind and wonderful with my kids. I send messages on mychart and they always get back with me or call me. Dr. Rueda is great at following up and making sure my kids are doing better. They always have appointments avaible. I try to go in the morning to be in and out. I have gone in the afternoon and there is longer wait times but I expect thay since everyone is trying to go afterschool/work. Office is always clean, restroom clean as well. They DO NOT take walk-ins - which.is weird for an urgent care..not sure if this standard because other locations do take walk ins. Anyway, when I showed up without an appointment they were able to schedule me with an opening thankfully. I was in and out within an hour. The medical staff was very nice and treated my baby very well.
